Manor FFA Project Facility Information

The following forms are to be submitted prior to entering the barn for the 2020-2021 season: 

  • CTE Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of the Liability - COVID-19 (Signed, Scanned and Returned) 

  • Social Distancing Student Contract Extracurricular Activities (Signed, Scanned, and Returned)

  • Manor FFA-Project Facility Handbook (Read and sign form electronically)

  • Pen Rent must be paid using RevTrak. All listings will be under MHS, MSHS, or MMS.  Make sure you are including your student's name in the comments.

 

Prior to each barn entry the AG Project Facility Covid-19 Check In Form
must be completed and temperatures will be checked upon arrival at the facility.
This form must be completed no more than one hour before you arrive at the barn!

Animal/Personal Belongings Removal Dates

All animals and personal belongings must be moved out of the barn by the dates listed below.  Pens must be cleaned and sanitized in addition to the removal of items/animals.  Additional clean up dates may be held to remove pens.

**Any items left after this date become the property of Manor FFA.**
